A good name

Actually, culture is a good name and there is something significant and specific in it. Though, if think over it, it becomes clear that culture is nothing more than just a set of rules, the common and boring set of rules. It is so not for all cases but there are such. So, if talking about the culture of communication it is exactly about the set of rules. There are norms and regulation people have to follow in order to make a conversation pleasant for all and in order not to spoil it. Those are rules created by people for people. According to those rules it is wrong to look into one’s eyes for too long because people will feel uncomfortable about it and it is also wrong not to look into one’s eyes at all because it is like you are hiding something. Those are rules and people know those and they follow those sometimes. Who knows, maybe it is right to do everything according the rules and maybe it is not, though it is one’s own business how to develop a conversation and it also depends on people you are talking to.

Culture is gone

There is no culture for people anymore because they never did something in order to save it, people have forgotten about the culture ad they don’t care about the whole spiritual stuff. They are concurred with material matters and they forgot about spiritual and cultural. There is a history of each nation and there is a peculiar culture f each nation. Though, culture appeared to be helpless when face progress and so most people all over the world have refused their cultures and they are almost of the same kind now, though, in case there is no culture then there is nothing left of people and their culture and their nation. It is the culture that makes people different and that identifies them as people if the same nation. And in case people are neglecting that precious base they lose their faces and they lose the culture and everything that is of much greater importance than material stuff. Though, they don’t care about it. They have no time for care because they have all those important things to do. They have to make money and create their public images, and no time left for culture.

Culture of Business Communication

In business, performance is of the utmost importance. Employee’s performance determines the company’s performance and the company’s performance determines the stock’s performance. Thus, improving performance at even the lowest level will increase sales and profits. Once of the best tools that companies can use to improve performance is culture of communication.

Without culture of communication between upper management and lower employees, businesses can suffer from increased employee turnover, dissatisfied customers, lack of customer loyalty, and stifled creativity. If employees feel that communication from upper management is genuine, then the employees will be glad to go that “extra mile” to achieve the company’s goals.

Employees require three types of communication from those who are in supervisory positions over them. The first type is company knowledge. This information should be conveyed during a process known as on-boarding (welcoming a new employee to the company). Company knowledge should include the history of the company, the current policies and procedures, company beliefs and values, and specific details of the products which the company offers. This information fosters a sense of belonging in new employees. It brings the employee up to the same level as everyone else.

Next, the employee needs to know what the company expects from him. This information should be conveyed at several times during employment – at hire, before any promotions, and during the review process. Expectations should include information that allows employees to not only learn their position, but to perform well in that position.

The final communication required by employees is that which makes them human. Human beings are social animals. We require friendly conversation and appreciate others taking an interest in them.

Various Cultures

Teaching others about culture is not always well received. With so many various cultures in the world, it can take a lot to bring one culture’s definition into light. However, the experience and education of culture can easily make one more open minded and create an internal level of acceptance that we all could use a good dose of, so why not head into it like a particularly fun project?

Learning about another culture is often best done in assimilation with that culture. Few of us have the funds to go gallivanting about in the world to experience various cultures, so we need to bring it to life in our homes. By experiencing different cultures, even in a sort of Americanized way, you and your family can actually converse about the differences, the good points and those points which make you uncomfortable and learn from those conversations. There are all kinds of culture that eat different foods, which you can learn via a handy cookbook, as well as attribute life to different customs. The more you and your family learn about the reasons behind the various customs, the more likely you all will be to understand them even if you can’t embrace them.

With the Western world becoming such a diverse area, you need not look far to really embrace a different culture and explore it deeply and fully with your family. There are many villages right in the United States and Canada that offer a full understanding just by spending a great deal of time in those towns. Whether you are looking to expand your family’s horizons or you just want to open up some rapidly closing minds, the exploration of cultures that are different from your own makes for an interesting family project.

Culture and traditions

Many people still misunderstand the word “culture”. They think that this notion implies morality, decency, politeness and refinement. In short, they think that culture combines all positive features of character of a person. This is a traditional view on culture and is supported mainly by old people. However, culture means everything, which surrounds us, which is the result of human activities. Vulgarity is also a sort of culture. That is why the term ‘lack of culture’ is senseless today. Culture is no longer considered as the set of good manners. Culture is the total of the inherited ideas, beliefs, values, and knowledge, which constitute the shared bases of social action. As you see, beliefs and values differ. Even if your values are very bad, it means that such is your culture. The main difference between these two approaches to culture is the fact that the first approach implies connection of culture with traditions, while the second one considers culture apart from traditional heritage. Any manifestation of human mind can be considered to be culture. We build our future. Cultural heritage is a heavy burden for us. We have to refuse the past and think about our future objectives. We develop rapidly and this is the main reason, why we consider culture out of touch with culture.
